Amber Florio is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and is admitted to practice in all of the U.S. Federal Courts of Texas (Northern, Eastern, Southern and Western). She is an active State and American Bar Association member. Amber attended Texas Tech Law School. Her main area of study was Estate Planning and Tax Law. She made a transition into other areas of law with a strong focus on Bankruptcy with a law firm in Tyler, Texas shortly thereafter. She has been practicing Debt Relief Law in all Districts of Texas ever since.
Casey Jacobs attended Capital University Law School where she obtained her law degree with a concentration in Alternative Dispute Resolution in January, 2012. After obtaining her law degree, she worked as an Associate Attorney at Guerrieri, Cox & Associates where she continued to focus on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy. She also assisted clients in obtaining debt settlements, mortgage loan modifications, and foreclosure defense/mediation. She remained there until December 2014, when she relocated to Milan, Ohio to begin her own law practice, Casey Lloyd Jacobs Co., L.P.A., where she continue to assist clients undergoing financial hardship. She is a member of the Erie County Bar Association, the Huron County Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court in both the Northern & Southern District of Ohio.
Camron Hoorfar attended the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law where he received both his J.D. and his LL.M. in Taxation. He has been licensed to practice law, and has been doing so, since 2008. Camron’s practice is focused to the areas of taxation, bankruptcy, consumer debt, real estate, business matters, criminal issues, and traffic matters. His office assists people through hard times, whether they be financial or otherwise, including assisting people with the consumer debts through the defense of lawsuits, illegal creditor collection actions, and bankruptcy.
While still employed as a social worker, Tiffany Coleman enrolled into John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, GA. During her time at John Marshall, she gained invaluable work experience at Atlanta Legal Aid, Fulton Juvenile Court, and the Family Division of Fulton Superior Court. After graduating from law school in 2008, she established her own practice in and now handles debtor defense work against creditors. She has also excels in assisting clients in settling their debts with their creditors.
Andrew Carroll is licensed to practice law in New Jersey. Andrew focuses on assisting consumers resolving debt related issues. Anderw has extensive experience in successfully guiding individuals facing tough economic struggles into confronting and reestablishing their financial well-being.
Mark Scheer is an attorney practicing in the areas of debtor protection, finance and commercial law with over twenty-five years of experience. He has worked extensively in matters involving financial institutions and consumer debt relief and over the past decade has assisted thousands of persons who have sought to become free of debt. His education includes earning a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law. Mr. Scheer is admitted to practice law in Colorado, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
